Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, mix two heaping tablespoons (typically 32 g) with 6-8 oz. of water, fruit juice, milk or favorite beverage.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Nutra Flora™ FOS, Organic Flax Seed Meal and Omega-3 Fish Oil.
