Alfalfa Juice Concentrate is derived from the juice of the entire Alfalfa plant. It is extracted to maximize the nutritional content by reducing the fiber content, and increasing the protein. This is an excellent source of Beta-Carotene, B-vitamins, Vitamins C, E and K.  It contains 2.5 times more protein than their regular Alfalfa Caps.
